In Gnome, go to System -> Preferences -> Appearance. I'm not sure. I haven't used Gnome in awhile. You migh also need to install the gtk2-engines-murrine package.
Click the download link at the top left. This will download a .zip file. After downloading the zip archive, right-click on it, then click "Extract". That will create a folder called "MurrinaTriomphe". Move that folder to /home/YOURUSERNAME/.themes - you may have to hit Ctrl+H to show hidden folders.
